Operating more than one mostpaly account is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected — whether registered to the same device, IP address, payment method, residential address, or identity documents — mostpaly reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel all pending bonuses, and withhold any winnings accrued while the policy breach was active.
All financial transactions on mostpaly are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). mostpaly supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed from time to time at mostpaly's discretion.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically reflect in your mostpaly balance within a few minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one business day depending on interbank processing times. Visa and Mastercard deposits are subject to standard card network processing timelines.
mostpaly does not impose a transaction fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which mostpaly bears no responsibility. Minimum deposit amounts are set in line with Pakistani market standards and are displayed at the point of transaction.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously verified on your account. mostpaly enforces this policy to prevent fraud and money laundering. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
Before processing your first withdrawal, mostpaly requires completion of KYC verification. This involves submitting a valid government-issued identity document, proof of residential address, and where applicable, evidence of the payment method used for deposits. KYC documents are reviewed within one to three business days in most cases.
mostpaly processes all transactions in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to your account balance. Any conversion costs associated with card payments or international wire transfers are the responsibility of the player's financial institution and are outside the control of mostpaly.

All bets on the mostpaly sportsbook are final once confirmed. Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will apply to that bet. In-play betting odds are subject to real-time fluctuation. mostpaly reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered due to a technical error or where incorrect odds were displayed as a result of a data feed failure.
For PSL and other cricket markets, results are determined by the official scorecard published by the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic fixtures). In the event of match abandonment, mostpaly's specific cricket betting rules — published in the sportsbook section — will determine how affected bets are settled.
All casino games and RNG-based products on mostpaly use certified Random Number Generator technology audited by an independent testing laboratory. mostpaly does not manipulate game outcomes. Game results are final. In the rare event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the relevant round will be declared void and the stake returned to the player.

By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is retained for the period required by our regulatory obligations and thereafter securely deleted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mostpaly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from interrupted service, data loss, or reliance on information provided on the platform.
mostpaly's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit mostpaly's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. Nothing in this clause prevents mostpaly from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests, including the prevention of fraud or intellectual property infringement.
